Churchill-Montjoie

Le projet se situe sur une parcelle traversante reliant l’avenue W. Churchill à l’avenue Montjoie.
Le projet vise à modifier l’affectation de la maison de maitre unifamiliale située à l’avenue Churchill en créant 3 appartements, et en surélevant l’arrière de l’immeuble de 2 niveaux.
Du côté Montjoie, le projet visait à démolir la dépendance et reconstruire un nouvel immeuble d’un gabarit de R+3, accueillant 2 logements.

The project is located on a through plot linking Avenue W. Churchill to Avenue Montjoie.
The aim of the project is to change the use of the single-family mansion on Avenue Churchill by creating 3 flats and raising the rear of the building by 2 storeys.
On the Montjoie side, the project involved demolishing the outbuilding and rebuilding a new building with an R+3 floor plan to accommodate 2 flats.
