CPAS Waterloo

Implantation d’un nouveau bâtiment destiné à recevoir les infrastructures des bureaux du C.P.A.S, sur une parcelle contiguë à une maison de repos existante. Le nouveau bâtiment se déploie sur trois étages.
Une circulation centrale divise le bâtiment, facilitant l’accès aux usagers. Cette disposition permet de séparer clairement les espaces réservés au personnel, de ceux accessibles au public. Une attention particulière a été portée sur l’accessibilité des personnes à mobilité réduite, leur donnant un accès à toutes les zones du bâtiment.

Construction of a new building to house the C.P.A.S. office infrastructure, on a plot adjacent to an existing nursing home.
The new building has three floors.
A central circulation divides the building, facilitating access for users. This layout clearly separates spaces reserved for staff from those accessible to the public. Particular attention was paid to accessibility for people with reduced mobility, giving them access to all areas of the building.
