Rénovation d’une villa datant du début du siècle passé et ayant subi de multiples adaptations au cours des décennies. Elle a été totalement remise dans son état originel.
L’ajout, d’un bureau, d’une orangeraie servant de coin petit déjeuner et la création d’une nouvelle chambre d’enfant ont complété cette restauration audacieuse.
