Construction d’un immeuble de logements sociaux, érigé sur la place Simonis. Le projet explore la question de la limite de la ville et de ses conditions d’urbanité, dans un territoire fragmenté par des zones qui témoignent de systèmes de représentation différents, transition de l’urbanité métropolitaine moderne et de la ville traditionnelle.

Construction of a social housing building on Place Simonis. The project explores the question of the boundary of the city and its conditions of urbanity, in a territory fragmented by zones that bear witness to different systems of representation, the transition between modern metropolitan urbanity and the traditional city.
